Truck Windshield Wiper Systems for Commercial Vehicles
LEILI develops truck windshield wiper systems for demanding commercial vehicle applications. Parallel, opposed and vertical configurations are matched to windshield size, curvature, mounting position, motor voltage and required wiping coverage. Our OEM-focused approach supports stable visibility, low noise and reliable operation in long-haul, urban and special-purpose truck applications.

COE Truck
COE truck wipers feature a dual-wiper linkage system and compact high-efficiency motors, optimized for the truck’s wide, nearly vertical windshield with enhanced vibration resistance to ensure stable wiping in urban operating conditions.

Conventional Truck
For American conventional trucks, the wipers adopt curved silicone blades, reinforced arm pressure and aerodynamic spoilers, withstanding extreme temperatures and high-speed wind resistance for stable long-haul wiping.

Special-purpose Truck
Special-purpose trucks are widely used in special operation fields such as fire rescue, medical emergency services, road emergency repair, cold chain transportation, and municipal sanitation, and their dedicated wipers are equally crucial.

Our Service to Customers
Catalog

Truck Wiper Customization & Specification Check
We confirm the truck type, windshield dimensions and curvature, blade length, arm mounting position, motor voltage (12V/24V), available installation space and requirements such as temperature, vibration, corrosion and high-speed stability before recommending a configuration.

Truck Wiper System Design & Sample Validation
We select the optimal parallel, opposed or vertical wiper configuration, prepare a technical proposal and prototype samples, then support installation trials and performance validation before order finalization.

Truck Wiper Assembly Production & Quality Control
Automated production and full-cycle inspection cover motor performance, noise, durability, dimensions and interface compatibility to ensure consistent OEM truck wiper assembly quality.

Logistics Delivery and After-Sales Support
Arrange international logistics services (customs declaration, freight forwarding included) for truck wiper assemblies, provide on-site installation & commissioning guidance after delivery; set up after-sales records, deliver warranty-period maintenance and replacement services, and conduct regular product usage follow-ups.

How We Design Truck Wiper Systems

Basic Vehicle & Adaptation Information
- Model and production year of the target vehicle (e.g., specific truck model and body type).
- Dimensions and curvature of the windshield (length × width, radius of curvature) to avoid wiping blind spots or interference between the wiper arm and glass.
- Mounting hole specifications (hole spacing, diameter, and shape of the mounting base).
- Length and swing angle range of the wiper arm, as well as the connection interface standard between the wiper arm and motor.
- Space limitations for motor installation (e.g., length, width and height of the reserved installation area) and motor voltage (24V is commonly used for commercial vehicles, while 12V for passenger vehicles).
- Operating environment requirements (e.g., high and low temperature resistance range, salt spray and dust resistance, applicable altitude).
- Wiping performance indicators (e.g., wiper frequency levels, noise reduction requirements, wiping cleanliness rate standards).
- Special working condition requirements (e.g., whether it needs to be compatible with the camera field of view for autonomous vehicles, whether anti-freezing or anti-icing functions are required).
- Preferred wiper type (e.g., opposed overlapping type, parallel type, vertical type, etc.).
- Certification standards for the target market (e.g., CE, DOT, ISO/TS16949 and other certification requirements for international trade).
- Appearance and material requirements (e.g., wiper blade rubber material, surface treatment process of wiper arms).
- Estimated order quantity and delivery lead time.
- Compatibility requirements with the customer’s existing wiper motors/control systems.
Truck Wiper Testing and Inspection Standards
- Wiping Cleanliness Rate Test: Verify that residual water marks on the glass surface comply with specified standards; for heavy-duty trucks, an expanded field of view coverage is mandatory to ensure clear visibility during long-haul transportation and complex road conditions.
- Durability Test: Simulate tens of thousands of wiping cycles under harsh operating conditions (such as bumpy roads and dust exposure) to validate the wear resistance of wiper blades and the long-term service life of motors.
- Noise Test: Strictly control the noise level during wiper operation to improve the driving comfort of truck drivers during long-distance trips.
- Motor Performance Test: Targeting 12V and 24V voltage systems commonly used in trucks, test motor power output, rotational speed stability, and overload protection performance to adapt to the high-load working demands of heavy trucks.
- Conduct precision testing on the wiper assembly’s mounting hole positions, dimensional tolerances, and interface compatibility to ensure seamless integration with the customer’s various truck models

Certification and Global Support
