Warranty Statements
LEILI will repair or replace, at its sole expense, any windshield wiper assembly, component, or fractional horsepower motor which has proven to be defective in workmanship or material. This warranty requires that product use be in accordance with Leili recommended practices and customer’s stated application. Leili may require that the customer return defective product to Leili, or an authorized distributor, for analysis and determination of defect cause (shipping costs paid by customer; Leili will issue credit memo to customer for shipping costs if Leili accepts responsibility for defect after analysis).In the event the product can be repaired without returning to Leili, Leili will provide corresponding compensation for the damaged parts to the original purchaser, or supply new product parts or the entire unit.
The warranty period for wiper motors, wiper arms, wiper linkages and washer fluid reservoirs (core components of the wiper system) is one year from the date of product delivery. Leili will not be responsible for any defect which has resulted from normal wear, misuse, abuse, or any attempted repair or alteration made by anyone other than Leili that was not preauthorized. As a consumable part, wiper blades are excluded from this warranty policy; no warranty will be provided once the product is sold and confirmed to be free of defects (including appearance and quantity).
This warranty is Leili’s sole product warranty and sets forth the customer’s exclusive remedy with respect to defective wiper products and fractional horsepower motors.
Warranty Period
Given the diversity of our product portfolio and its wide application across multiple industries, the product warranty period is determined based on specific industry applications. For all application scenarios, the warranty period commences on the date of product manufacture; alternatively, if supported by customer-provided documentation, it may start from the date the product is put into service.
Rail Applications:
Bus and Commercial Truck Applications: The warranty period is 1.5 million cycles, 1,000 operating hours, 100,000 miles/160,000 kilometers, or one year, whichever occurs first.
Agriculture, Industrial, and Marine Applications: The warranty period is one year or 1,000 operating hours, whichever comes first.
All Other Applications not Noted Above: For all other application scenarios not specified herein, Leili will provide customers with detailed warranty information directly.
This constitutes Leili’s sole product warranty and defines the exclusive remedy available to customers for defective wiper products and fractional horsepower motors.
LEILI shall bear all costs to repair or replace any windshield wiper assembly, component, or fractional horsepower motor that is verified to have defects in craftsmanship or materials. This warranty mandates that the product be used in line with Leili’s recommended specifications and the application stated by the customer. Leili reserves the right to require the customer to return defective products to Leili or its authorized distributor for defect analysis and cause identification (shipping costs borne by the customer; if Leili confirms liability for the defect after analysis, a credit note will be issued to reimburse the customer for shipping expenses). If the product can be repaired without being returned to Leili, Leili will offer corresponding compensation for the damaged parts to the original purchaser, or provide new product components or the complete unit.

Construction Machinery Applications: (including excavators, cranes, road rollers, etc.) The warranty period is one year or 2,000 operating hours, whichever comes first.
Yacht and Ship Applications: The warranty period is one year.
All Other Applications not Noted Above: For all other application scenarios not specified herein, Leili will provide customers with detailed warranty information directly.
Wiper blades are classified as consumables and are not covered by this warranty. No warranty service will be provided once the product is sold and confirmed to be free of defects (including appearance and quantity). Leili shall not be liable for any defects arising from normal wear and tear, improper use, abuse, or unauthorized repair/modification conducted by parties other than Leili without prior approval.
